OUR STORY

ALMIRA Development was founded in October 2020 to answer a clear gap in the Egyptian market. The demand was for homes and spaces built and finished to a genuinely high level, across residential, commercial, administrative, and medical property alike. That gap shaped the company from its first day and still guides every decision it makes.

The company was established by its founder and Chairman, Engineer Adel Shawky, who brings the discipline of an engineering background in telecommunications and software, and years spent living and working in Saudi Arabia.

He set ALMIRA on a straightforward principle: build to a standard that holds up over time, and hand it over when promised.

In a short span, that principle turned into results. ALMIRA delivered 17 residential buildings in Beit Al Watan within eighteen months, with 40 further projects in the same area now under construction.

The team has grown to 66 people through a planned expansion, and more than 250 clients have chosen ALMIRA over its first five years.

The work has also earned outside recognition, including an award at the Afdal Festival.

An engineer whose discipline comes from telecommunications and software, sharpened by years of working in Saudi Arabia. He founded ALMIRA in October 2020 on a standard most developers treat as optional and has held the company to it through 17 deliveries and 40 projects since.

The technical authority behind every ALMIRA building. Design, construction, and quality control answer to his standards, and no site is signed off until it meets them. Extra by Standard is his department to prove.
