Our Drives

Five ideas hold ALMIRA together. They show up in how we plan, build, and hand over.

Focused

We concentrate on a defined set of projects and do them exceptionally well.

Refined

Timeless design and quiet quality, chosen over anything loud or short-lived.

Deliberate

Every choice shapes the final experience, from where a project sits to the last finishing detail.

Sharp

We read a project clearly and plan ahead, solving problems before they reach the resident.

Dependable

We say what we will do, then deliver, often ahead of schedule.

Chairman of the Board and Founder

Eng. Adel Shawky

An engineer whose discipline comes from telecommunications and software, sharpened by years of working in Saudi Arabia. He founded ALMIRA in October 2020 on a standard most developers treat as optional and has held the company to it through 17 deliveries and 40 projects since.
